Notice is hereby given for an extraordinary parish council meeting on
Friday 10th December at 7.15 pm in the Hemswell & Harpswell village hall.
Residents are welcome to attend. Government guidelines for social distancing and village hall protocols will be strictly adhered to.

4. Approval of Minutes from previous meeting.
5. Village Christmas Tree.
Resolution to share costs with the Village Hall for the purchase of a Christmas Tree for the village.

6. Update on the site meeting held 18th November with a Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership representative to discuss measures to monitor and control speeding traffic in the village.
7. Speed Indicator Device
Resolution to purchase a speed Indicator Device to monitor speeding traffic in the village.

a. Cheques to authorise.
9. Burial Authority Activities.
a. One interment took place 2nd December 2021
