NOTICE is hereby given for the Annual Parish Meeting to be held Monday, 18th May 2026, commencing at 6.30 pm in the Hemswell and Harpswell Village Hall, Maypole Street, Hemswell.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.

4. Questions and Comments: Members of the Public
The Annual Parish Meeting is hosted by the Parish Council to allow it to present its work over the last year and for electors to have their say on matters they consider to be important to the village and the parish. Anyone may attend, but only registered electors of Hemswell Parish may vote on any matters arising at the meeting.
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of all the local government electors of the Parish. It is NOT a Meeting of the Parish Council, but it is facilitated by the PC.
The Annual Parish Council Meeting will commence at 7:00 PM.
