1. Chair welcome.
2. Apologies for absence. To receive and accept valid reasons for apologies for absence, these having been submitted to the clerk before the meeting.
3. To consider any dispensation requests received by the Clerk in relation to personal and/or disclosable pecuniary interests, not previously recorded.
4. To consider and resolve to approve the Minutes of the PC Personnel Committee meeting held Monday 20thJanuary 2025, and to sign as agreed minutes.
5. To review and approve the Terms of Reference for the Personnel Committee (V1.3, Jan 2025).
6. To determine which items on the agenda, if any, require the exclusion of public and press under the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 1 (2) and resolve to exclude public and press for these items.
