NOTICE is hereby given for the Annual Parish Meeting to be held Monday 19th May 2025 commencing at 6.30 pm in the Hemswell and Harpswell Village Hall, Maypole Street, Hemswell.

4. Questions and Comments: Members of the Public
The purpose of the Annual Parish Meeting is for the Parish Council to explain its work over the last year and for electors to have their say on matters they consider to be important to the village and the parish. Anyone may attend, but only registered electors of Hemswell Parish may vote on any matters arising at the meeting.
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of all the local government electors of the Parish. It is not a Meeting of the Parish Council, but it is facilitated by the PC.
