Village Hall Report January 2026
Hemswell and Harpswell Village Hall Committee
With the cold weather, the past few months have been a quiet time for members of the committee and activities within the hall.
The wreath-making event was enjoyed by many, and a village tree was purchased and lit throughout the Christmas period.
It continues to be important to develop a maintenance work schedule for the village hall and playground and to update our policies and procedures. Processes which will take some time.
Games nights continue: 6th January, 13th February and 13th March. Thereafter our energies will be focussed on May Day.
We will shortly be beginning to prepare for May Day and would welcome the contribution of PC members and your active support on the day.
