New sign marks Hemswell's historical Pinfold!
A generous Hemswell resident has commissioned and donated a plaque marking the historical importance of the Pinfold (or Penfold) in Hemswell Village. The resident, who wishes to remain anonymous, approached the Parish Council with a request to place a sign on the wall to explain the origins and purpose of the Pinfold. The PC is very grateful for this kind donation.
